Our stylists receive monthly Bb product education and training from the Bb beauty and style industry experts. Bb products are formulated for your hair type and condition.
All of our products are guaranteed - if for any reason your product needs to be returned, we ask that you familiarize yourself with our return policy. We are able to pass along a guarantee to you as the manufacturer passes it along to us.
Our return policy states that a product may be returned for exchange only (for products or services) within 60 days of purchase, and if the product is 50% or more full. If your return falls outside of those parameters, we reserve the right to deny the return or pro-rate the amount of the purchase price.
